As I look at my "Homebrew Collection" or "Homebrew Creations", why is there no "Create a Homebrew thing" button at the top? Why do I only get this option once I have clicked into an actual homebrewed thing first?

There is on My Creations, but yeah, there's no really good reason for it to not be on the Collection screen too.
