Is it possible to say, when parts of the shared content can be restricted to DMs only?
At the moment it would not make much sense for me to buy adventures since they would be available to everybody within the shared groups. Of course it can be arranged within the gaming groups on a trust based Agreement, but I know enough Players for whom such a temptation would be simply too much.
Same for DMG or MHB. From my Point of view such a restriction would only make sense.

+100! If DndBeyond wants me to buy another adventure, then this has to be the norm. I know someone will post a counter point, but it’s my prerogative on what I spend my money on. My position will not change.

When sharing content you should be able to choose what to share based on source book, and also individual features within that source.
