I don't believe the current version has this functionality...if it does I can't find it.
It would be very helpful if I could setup an encounter in the Maps VTT and run some private simulations with different monsters...being able to roll all the dice in the VTT but have it be private so that the players wouldn't see me doing it in their Game Log. Even if you set the dice at the top to only roll to Self, if you start the encounter I can see the roll on my players Game Log if I log into their character.
You can see the rolls you have set to self because even when you are looking at a player's character sheet you're still logged in as yourself. They can't see what you're rolling when you have it set to self.
Yea I realized that after I made the post. I had one of my players verify. I guess it will work as-is; the only nit-pick would be if I do a simulation in the app my players might see their health go down or spell slots get marked but really that's not an issue. Very unlikely they would just happen to be logged in at the same time and even then they would know what any of it meant. So it would still be nice to have a completely private session where I could have their character sheets to edit without them seeing but that is 100% QoL that I wouldn't expect it to really ever get dev resources to make it happen.
