The regular improvements to the Compendium have really improved its usability, especially how it combines sourcebooks for compound articles on individual races and classes.
However, since purchasing the Eberron sourcebook, the Compendium race articles have become impossible to follow.
Houses and dragonmarks are now included in all the major races as subraces, without any clues for the reader that they've left official subraces or the Forgotten Realms setting, and are now in an entirely different setting. The language of those sections makes sense when reading in the context of the Eberron sourcebook, but as currently presented on the race pages, they lack necessary context clues or even a mention that they're Eberron-related.
The icons for UA and Eberron content on the race index next to Warforged, Changeling and Kalashtar is a great solution. As are the sourcebook for each race, identified on the same index. Those improvements need to be applied to the subraces of Humans, Elves, etc., not just the top race index.

Eberron ruins everything.
