Hi there. I was creating Dragonborn monster and I chose the humanoid type, but I couldn't find dragonborn as a subtype. I was able to find other races except Tiefling. Am I missing something or is that missing for some reason? Thanks!
A lot of the humanoid monsters have the "any race" subtype. You can take one of these and add the dragonborn racial features (namely element resistance and breath weapon) to it.

You could just use a half-dragon in place of the Dragonborn, if you wanted.
