I've submitted 3 requests at this point for support regarding a digital gift I purchased. I haven't received any response at all. Well, I did receive an automated response stating my second request contained "potentially inappropriate language" because I used the phrase "shitty support." What is up with this? Do they just ignore support requests that involve any level of effort on their part?
