The only bundle option right now is the Legendary Bundle which does rock but what if you don't want everything and you just started for whatever reason or just are confused for whatever reason on what to get?
I feel like a "Core Bundle" (which has just the PH, DMG, & MM) and a "Player Bundle" (which lets you one click buy all the rule books but not the adventure books) for those who want access to most things but not all things would be good options. The first because for those who want to play beyond the basic rules and what other free stuff is available having a one click option for the main three rule books would be super convenient. The second to simplify what Players who want EVERYTHING but not be either a) spoiled by the adventures or b) intend to DM any time soon or c) whatever their personal reasons need to buy. It boils down to the idea of convenience that a "one click option" for buying what you want/need to get started using DDB to build characters, have easy access character sheets, and play the game.
I think eventually they're going to have to look at multiple bundle options, just because "buy everything at one go" is going to be an increasingly hard sell as more and more content comes out. I bought the LB before Waterdeep and even with a 25% off coupon it was A Thing.
Core without adventures seems to be the most obvious idea, just because adventures really aren't super useful if you're not planning to run them, while Xanathar's and Volo's and Mordenkainen's have a lot more broader utility.

Seconded. I would like to see a "Players Bundle" that includes all class and race options from all the available books.
Another vote for the "Players Bundle" (for Character Builder).
I am a Legendary + Master subscriber, and host a small (50 members) AL club, many of whom are solely interested in the (excellent) Character Builder.
