Not sure if this is already a feature in the character sheet, but do we have combat support currently? By which I mean tracking of rounds in combat and active effects.
I noticed that spells that require a spell slot can be "cast", but cantrips can't. What I'd like to see if the ability to also "cast" my Shillelagh and have the character sheet update my quarterstaff stats to the appropriate 1d8+wis (instead of 1d6+str) for the next 10 rounds. Where I'd like a "Next Round" button that increments the timer on active effects, and thus tracks all this stuff for me.

Currently, DDB does not offer a Combat Tracker. The "cast" button for spells serves to consume and track spell slots.
Combat Tracker is on the roadmap for development. No ETA at this point in time.
