Why aren't Cantrips that attack shown under the Actions section?

I tested with every cantrip on my cleric and none of them show under the "Actions" portion of the character sheet. Why is this?

None of the cleric cantrip needs a spell attack roll.

You could customize this, selecting the spell, then Customize and Display as Attack.
