Hello!

So I recently purchased the tabaxi race and the Hermit background so I can use them to build my characters here on the D&D beyond. But I can't find them when I go to build or edit. Why is that? Is there something I'm supposed to do or is a while before I'll have access to the items I bought?

That's one of the characters I'm trying to get done. It's supposed to be a tabaxi. I bought the Tabaxi charaters but I can't find them when I go to create one.

Here's all I bought and all it says for them minus item numbers. Do you need those? Also, I just realized the line, "These DO NOT include content sharing." What does that mean?

You bought Tabaxi monsters, not the race for the builder.

Dang it! How do I get the race? And can I get refunded for the Tabaxi I bought? Or somehow recharge them?
