I have a player that wants to be a gunfighter as per the Critical Role campaign setting. Unfortunately, I cannot add any of the guns that he is using, as they are not based off of any items (nevermind that they are not magical, but this is the only way I have found to modify items).
Is there something I have missed?
If not, is there a vague timeline for being able to add mundane weapons and items?
As long as Critical Role content is enabled on the character you should be able to add the guns provided by the Gunslinger subclass from Critical Role (such as Bad News).

Not sure if all of those are critical role or if some are from DMG, or if I missed any, but they all have special bullets in add items, thats how I found them.
Also, the CR gunslinger is a subclass of fighter in case you didn't know.

The DMG had guns. I'm not sure if they are what critical role uses. Worse case you can use crossbows as a base to homebrew.

Only Crit Role content I can find is the Blood Hunter.
Oh, here we go: [Tooltip Not Found], blunderbuss, [Tooltip Not Found], musket (exandria), [Tooltip Not Found], [Tooltip Not Found], and pistol (exandria).
