So I run a few games a week at my LGS. I have been using this site pretty much exclusively for the last year. It has sense replaced my books as I have started to purchase all the content needed to unlock everything the site has to offer. With that being said the one thing I feel that would change the game for the DM would be a dm page. Somewhere to track everything without having a ton of tabs open. A page with your teams passive perception, spell slots, currency, an initiative tracker. Being able to keep one tab open for dndbeyond and one for story would make our lives a lot easier as a dm.
An encounter builder is currently under development. They did a demo of what they have so far in the last dev update. If you take a look at the development roadmap it looks like a Digital DM Screen is an upcoming project.

Just as a display of that I want this as a high priority
I really would love to just have a overview of my parties status on hp, spells and such
It's on the roadmap and coming. You can even see it on the trello board under "Virtual DM Screen"
