I just got my essentials kit including the redemption code for the physical version. It took several tries to enter it as the chosen font is really bad. You use capital an non capital chars plus numbers, but the chosen font doesn't allow a differentiation between lowercase L and uppercase I, also there's no way to see the difference between uppercase o and a zero 0 (I only had the zero, so no way to compare).
Yeah, that is what people are saying. This is WotC's fault not DDB's. Nothing can be done about it now, but I'm sure DDB will report this problem with product feedback.
