I would like to upgrade to Master tier.
I filed a ticket 24 hours ago. No word back.
What in the world is going on? WhY isnt this an easy process? Why do companies stand in the way of people giving them money?
Maybe they haven't got round to your ticket yet? It's only been 24 hours.
And it can't be 'too' easy, otherwise people would be complaining about accidentally upgrading when they didn't mean to.
