I'm in a strange position currently with my subscription.
Apparently it stopped last month. But I never received any notification via dndbeyond or curse, or any attempts to make a payment.
My account still "shows" it as active and is listed at the Master level, but I do not have all the access I did previously. I still have some, but not all, which is odd.
My problem, other than the above, is that there isn't a method to just "pay the account" to bring it current. My only option via the sub page is to cancel it. There isn't even a method or option to change payment methods or update the payment under that subscription page.
Is there something I am missing? Is there a solution I am overlooking? Thanks!
** I reached out support on Tuesday evening when I got home from work, but there hasn't been any response yet. Something similar happened last year when the card I had on file had been replaced due to a data breach at my bank. I only learned about it when I tried to purchase Dragon Heist and my players didn't see it via content sharing. But again, no notification of an issue from DnDbeyond to alert me of an issue. :(
My subscription also ended six days ago, on the 1st of September. Only when I tried to create another character today did I realize that my subscription has expired.
In the subscriptions page it says that my Master tier subscription is pastdue. Nothing I could do about it though. So I got a new Master tier subscription. I just hope I don't get billed double at some point or something.

And to be clear, I don't want to "change my subscription tier", just pay for what I already have/had and get notified when it's due.

And that seemed to work out ok? You haven't noticed any lapse in material? Because I was about to do the same.
Mine is listed as active, even though the date is past.
Unless I'm reading this wrong...
Nope. Seems to be working OK at the moment. But I still think that something probably went wrong somewhere.
Super. Thanks for replying and glad things are working for you now.
Guess I'll have to go that route when I get home.
