The conditions tab is handy, and even has a neat little index tracker for exhaustion level already. I know it's plainly written, but exhaustion in the 2024 rules is far more wide-reaching than it was in the 2014 rules, even from level one. The math and modifiers are rather simple- can a sheet's modifiers update automatically when levels of exhaustion become applied?
As an official feature I dont think you can unless they implement seperate 2014/2024 sheets (which they should do but clearly aren't). The exhaustion rules are completely different between the two.
If you look in homebrew though you will probably find something that makes the neccessary changes. I know for 2014 I've got some fake items that you equip to add the exhaustion changes to the sheet (you can also get similar ones for spells/rage etc).
Dynamic conditions (affecting the sheet when a condition is toggled on) have been something users have been requesting since D&D Beyond started, but for some reason, it hasn't happened yet. It cannot be the technical side of it. I homebrewed "feats" or 'items" that accomplish some of it. It's probably not a lot of work, but they're too busy creating dice sets, backdrops, tokens for their Maps VTT, and making books compatible with the character builder to afford a few hours of works for "requests". I know I'm being cynical, but 8 years of waiting for basic improvements and oft-requested features with without seeing anything change can do that to someone. Disillusioned about the actual desire for the WotC-led D&D Beyond team to implement practical changes that don't bring any $.
