What happens to the characters in a campaign if I turn off content sharing? Are they still usable or does the data get deleted?
The character will be usable and the shared content won't get deleted unless the players change it.
Change it how?
Remove it from their character

Players can can still use their character as it. But can they still level up on a sub-class that is under a purchased content?
