As per the title, I would like some help. I have the master tier subscription unlocked and have created a campaign. My players have joined said campaign. I found the button to Share purchased content with my players, but they are unable to access/read this content. Is there a place that they click to access and read the source books? For example, is there a place where they could be the dungeon Masters guide? Or is it only accessible in character creation?
You didn't turn any books off in manage shared content did you? Otherwise, as long as they have a character in a campaign with content sharing enabled, they should be able to read your books (almost as if they owned them).
You can try turning content sharing off then on again to see if that helps.
If that doesn't work, feel free to consider playing around with it a bit more, but you may have to submit a full bug report to the D&D Beyond Zendesk Help Desk.. You can also e-mail them at: support@dndbeyond.com Also, posting in this forum: D&D Beyond Bug Support Forums
