I personally really wished that support could give more information about what is going on with your issues. For instance I have an ongoing support ticket I created a support ticket 5 weeks ago that support responded to a day or two later to which I answered their question and they responded they would fix my issue but leave the ticket open until it was resolved. 4 days later nothing had happened and I hadn’t gotten any information so I contacted them again asking for any info, and another 5 days pass before I get any response and that response essentially says that nothing has been done yet and that they will ask the development team. I then wait another 12 days getting no updates until I ask again if there is any new information and later that day they respond saying that there is no new information. Now I’m not saying that they need to say every little thing going on, but it would be nice to at least get an update saying that my issue hasn’t fallen through the cracks every 3 or 4 days, or at least a little more information about what’s going on, or an explanation even if it’s just saying that the developers are busy with other requests, or my request was more difficult to fix then they thought. All in all I would like a little more regular updates about a situation when I open a support ticket. I really like this service and have had a subscription in the past, the ending of which lead to this issue, but the lack of response from support causes at very least me to be far less willing to renew my subsctiption in the future.
