The common player is not likely to run into more than 2 of the vehicles listed in that section. Meanwhile it's very difficult to get an idea of what any of the common vehicles look like without a group discussion of "how many riders, how many squares."
Those equipment vehicles do not use the vehicle rules and are not classed as vehicles by wotc but instead as equipment. DDB always follows wotcs lead; when they update/errata those vehicles to be Vehicles, DDB will do the same.
I'm aware of these vehicles in the Player's Handbook, although I'm not sure why you've posted them. The galley has already been updated to a full vehicle in Ghosts of Saltmarsh.
The problem is that the galley and other water vehicles were later updated to the galley, but the wagon and other land and airships have not received such an update.
As WotC has not provided any stats for land vehicles, DDB cannot put them with the rest of the vehicles with stats.
