I really like the spell pages at DDB but I have noticed that some published subclasses that gain new spells are missing from the Available For listing.
UA classes seem to be there but not stuff from Xanthathar's. Gloomstalker, Horizon Walker, as well as Four Elements from the PHB, all seem to be missing the extra tags even though the spells list directly to the page.
Just to clarify: you are talking about the "available for" tags on spells right?
I don't know if 4 elements counts as it being available (since it is not spellcasting and a lot of subclasses have features that cast spells that also are not counted), but it is definitely missing for those ranger subclasses.
Correct on the tags on the spells. If you check the 4 elements it still links to the spells even though the abilities have different flavor names. For example "
But unlike the spellcasting examples, monk doesn't add those spells to its spell list (it doesn't have one), instead those spells are cast by a class feature that doesn't use slots. There are a number of features from a number of classes that do this but are not tagged:
Alchemist's lesser/greater restoration and heal
Ancestral guardian's augury and clairvoyance
Totem warrior's beast sense, speak with animals, and commune with nature
Wild soul's detect magic
Eloquence's calm emotions
Glamour's command
Grave domain's spare the dying
Light domain's light
I could go on. I've only checked 4 classes. My point is when the spell's don't go on a spell list, they don't get tagged.
Fair enough. Just interested in seeing on the spell what classes/subclasses have access to an ability even if in a limited capacity. But the ranger subclasses did seem like a DDB oversight.

Fist of Four Thunders
You can spend 2 ki points to cast thunderwave."
Casting with ki points Doesn't seem that different then casting with pact slot in this manner yet THE LURKER IN THE DEEP (UA) is still listed.
Thanks for the response DxJxC
