Maybe I just cant find one, but a online map playable with friends in real time, with movable miniatures and obstacles just seems to not exist. Maybe this could be a new feature at some point?
Sounds like you are looking for a virtual table top such as Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds. That is not this product. The two I listed also have D&D licenses. I suggest checking them out.
Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds are both very good VTT's. As Fjw70 stated, they have their own licenses and if you want to have integrated PHB, DMG, MM rules built in to the VTT for game play you will need to buy the content on those sites.
