I cannot download said book it shows on the app I hit Download it asks and nothing happens?
Access to new products via the app is usually 1-2 weeks behind it going live on the website.
Watch your back, conserve your ammo,and NEVER cut a deal with a dragon!
It is supposed to be live now. Apps can be finicky.
Grabbed this from one of the first threads in the mobile bug report forum:

If that doesn't work you can also try deleting and reinstalling the app, and restarting your phone (both things I've seen mentioned help).
