Why am I seeing these bundles when I own all the content? If I own the content, why is the price not discounted for the books I own? I’m so confused why I’m being advertised these bundles.
I kind of second this, though it's less the confusion as to why I can see the bundles, and more a question of why the bundles don't have a cost of 0 since the discounts should be applied via what you own.
Unless the cost I see is the cost I would pay if I didn't buy the Legendary Bundle on sale.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Discounts aren't based on what you own, but what you've spent.
If you have a bundle of 3 books at $30 with a 10% discount, the bundle will cost $81
If you buy each of those books with a 20% discount ($24 each), you'll have $72 credit towards the bundle
It's been noted that, due to the system registering your credit ($81-$74=$7 for example) rather than your owned products, it displays an outstanding amount to purchase on a bundle you own all the content of.
For most bundles this is less of a problem because that outstanding amount buys you a discount off future purchases, such as with the legendary bundle (15%) and the source and adventure bundles (10%) so you're buying that on going discount. However it understandably causes confusion with the Critter bundles that don't offer future discounts.
Like I mentioned, it has been noted as causing confusion and DDB is notoriously good at listening to community feedback.
Ah, so it IS based on the discount I had when I bought the Legendary Bundle. Thanks, Dave, that makes sense. Makes the Marketplace a pain to look at, but I no longer really look at the Marketplace anyway since I can just go to individual books to buy. lol

It does factor previous discounts you had because those reduce the amount you spend, which in turns affect the credit you have on your account
