Semantics. Bruh, support leads you back to the forums. I don't care who monitors what. The point is that a simple request has been made by multiple customers and has apparently been ignored. At least you proved me wrong that someone sees it. Still it doesn't get done.

No, the support staff do not monitor these forums. If you need to contact the support team you need to enter a support ticket.
Also support staff do not handle feedback and suggestions
