Omu Location sidebar unscrollable

Hi,

I'm running Tomb of Annihilation. 
I have an issue with you Omu Location sidebar. (chapter 3)

In this chapter under Omu Locations - the left sidebar lists 20 locations. 
However - 

On-screen on my left sidebar I can only view up to location - 19. 
This is using a monitor. 

On my laptop, I can only view up to location - 13
It is a much smaller screen. 

The left sidebar has no scroll function, therefore I am unable to reach certain locations quickly. 

I am running on the latest Chrome OS.

I can manually scroll down from the main content screen to my desired Location number. 
But that makes the quick bar on the left redundant. 

Please advise.
