I am/was using the character builder and ran into several BIG glitches. creating a tiefling (red) draconic bloodline sorcerer with point buy. it generated 13 HP ???! 6 at 1st level, +1 for draconic bloodline +2 for constitution =9 not 13. (I trusted the character builder to check my math not the other way around.) I chose Red Dragon for my Draconic ancestry, the character builder registered COLD as my elemental resistance???!!! has anyone else noticed anything similar?

I back checked a few others that had been downloaded to make space for new character builds and a couple recent ones also had almost double normal starting HP. I haven't had time to go over any in detail with pencil and PHB yet. here's the url to the sorc I mentioned https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Thudbutt_Molemasher/characters/28877259/builder#/class/manage I had already manually overrode his HP . it was showing Elemental Affinity (Sorc. lvl 6 ability) as cold. looking now it says, fire as it should.

I did take a look at this - it looks like the reason it's showing up as 15 (when it should be 9 as you pointed out) is because you included additional values in the HP override. Specifically, you selected "manual hp" at the beginning of the value and set the "rolled" HP to 12 (which becomes 15 once the CON modifier gets added). If you take a look at the HP override section (specifically under "Potential Values"), you'll see that 9 is listed there.
