Have you tried checking out taverns, bars, or inns? You could also check to see if there is an adventures guild or quest board, you might meet like minded adventures that way.

How do I Find new and old friends
What do you mean? This isn't facebook, it's a forum. You might make some new friends here, but you're not going to find any old ones.
Edit: Having seen your other post, you got your answer there; this isn't a social media site and there's no friend list. Why did you then post this?
