Blocking content from being shared allows the DM and owner to still read the adventure. The purpose is to prevent players from reading the adventure being run (obviously the DM still needs that). The content manager does not stop player options from being viewed however (items, monsters, backgrounds, etc).
And yeah, no way to know who has it except to ask.
Unfortunately, when one of the players purchases an adventure for themselves to run with the group, the GM is able to see the adventure contents, even though he isn't the one who owns it.

I have Master subscription, and I have set up a campaign for my players so that they can share my purchased items.
Today, "Tomb of Annihilation" became a shareable item, even though I don't own it.
Is there any way to find out which player in the campaign owns it (other than asking them)?
Even when I set it's sharing to disabled, I can still see the contents - when probably only the owner should be able to see it.
