I'm confused at how I can add advantage to fear and charm on my hombres race

If you are trying to add advantage to saving throws against being frightened or charmed:

Add racial trait > add modifier > modifier type: Advantage > modifier subtype: Wisdom Saving Throws > Details: "against being frightened"

It will appear in the character sheet in the saving throw box, under the modifiers as: "{A} against being frightened"

If you want the advantage to show up on one line, write "against being charmed and frightened." If you want them to appear in two separate lines, you have to do a separate modifier for each. I hope this helps.
