After purchasing Players Handbook, i go to the character builder and I can not even see the other options that are in the book. for example. I want to build a barbarian. and i cant not even see the totem warrior option to pick the bear totem effect at 3rd lvl. Why did i spend 19.99 on a digital book if I can not even use its basic options. is there somewhere i need to "turn on" the book? at this point I would never use this system if i cant even get the handbook to show up.

I assume you purchased the Compendium Content only, which it clearly states that it does not include options for the digital toolset.
