You can more caracters to another campaign by first removing them from whatever campaign they are in, then using the join link of the new campaign and selecting the character.
Characters aren't supposed to be in multiple campaigns at a time, if you find yourself needing them to be, make a copy.

This would help for the DM's who have multiple games that integrate as a few players play in each game.
