Unfortunately, it's a legal issue since that subclass is published in a book by Green Ronin Publishing, and therefore is not an WoTC licensed product. If beyond ever got the license to sell the books published by third party publishers than maybe, but that is unlikely.

Because it is not up to Matt, the subclass was published in a book before the sponsorship. so Green Ronin owns the rights to what they published. So DDB would need to get the rights from not Matt, but the publisher.
