I know there's this custom create monster page: https://www.dndbeyond.com/homebrew/creations/create-monster

And of course I know there's the character page: https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-characters

But how do I take a character I have and quickly turn it into a custom monster?

You have to do it manually as there are no official rules for 1:1 converting a PC into a monster. Your best bet is to find an NPC stat block that closest matches your character and make adjustments
