This seems like the type of thing where any reasonably smart individual could go through the 111 pages in that forum, categorize them into subforums for accepted and resolved bugs, and then (assuming your content is in some sort of revision control) submit pull requests with fixes for anything that's a typo, tooltip, or tagging bug.
It seems like these types of bugs are rightfully pretty low priority, but are possibly ones that are easier to outsource the work to.
