Unfortunately at the moment, a new or co-DM cannot be assigned inside a campaign. Whoever the new DM is will have to create a new campaign, and the players transfer their characters to the new campaign. They will have to go to their character in the “My Characters” section, and click on “Levae campaign” first, then use the link to join the new campaign.

How the heck does one change campaign roll from DUNGEON MASTER to assign it to someone else

Unfortunately at the moment, a new or co-DM cannot be assigned inside a campaign.
