Looks like Grasping Vine is missing.

Also Tasha's Hideous Laughter for level 1 Bard spell is missing.

Hideous laughter is present. 

Also are we going to see spells from additional books such as Princes of the Apocalypse or additional monsters from such things as Volo's Guide to Monsters?

It's in there just as "Hideous Laughter"

So maybe the search for Tasha's can also pull up this spell.

Hail of thorns is also missing
