Will it arrive to the site? Or will it only be hardcover release? And if it does arrive? When will it arrive? Normally from what i recall there is an option to preorder on site, like with theros expansion pack
One: it's an official rulebook so yes it will be on Beyond, released the same day as the hardcover (November 17th iirc the announcement right)
Two: Preorders on Beyond for it have not been set up yet and will be soon.
