can't pick minotaur for race

i am unable to pick minotaur as a race when i go to the character build i have most all books unlocked including ravnica. anyone else with this issue?

Have you enabled Magic the Gathering Content on the first page of the character builder? The minotaur is found in Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica and Mythic Odysseys of Theros, both of which are Magic the Gathering sources.
