So. I own a few visual books. But if I want to use thinks of these books I need to buy them again on the site. Is there or will there be a way to fix this. I don't like buying stuff twice and I don't want the digital. I love to show the books aswell

Unfortunately, you will have to buy it again. Owning a physical Harry Potter book does not entitle anyone to an ebook version just because they own the physical book.
If you just want to use the character tools, you do not need to buy the full books on this site. Just go to the Marketplace, select any book, scroll down, and just buy the character options you want.

DNDBeyond is not owned or operated by WotC, they are two different companies and thus, buying from one does not get you content from the other.
There is no way to redeem purchases of physical books against D&D Beyond as D&D Beyond is owned and run by a different company to the one that makes the rules/books (Wizards of the Coast).
I am some what perplexed, you say you "don't want the digital", but that's all D&D Beyond offers; digital tools and compendium. If you don't want the digital content, you don't need to purchase it.
You can also use your physical book to recreate things using the homebrew tools. It's totally free that way, just takes a bit of time, so do it piecemeal as you need things.
