Considering one of the primary uses of the VSM filter would be to see what spells a player can cast while Bound/Silenced/Without components, I would suggest turning that filter into 3 toggle buttons that are on by default. Then you can turn one off and it will take OUT all spells that have the descriptor you can't use. Alternatively you could add logical options like "Only" or "Not", but as there are only 3 options i think a toggle setup would work better.
I was just thinking the same thing. There are times where characters hands are bound, and our mouths are free. Would be nice to be able to see only the V spells or maybe any spell that doesn't have the M tag. If it was setup to include or exclude the different components, it would be great!

Constructive criticism is the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one. The purpose of 'constructive criticism is to improve the outcome.

Yup, there's something here. They also don't seem to work as the only filter.
How do I search for:
Verbal AND Somatic
Verbal OR Somatic
NOT Verbal
Not Somatic OR Material
etc.
Came here to say this, and there are already 3 other threads with the same complaint. Seems like a common request for a proper filter!
