I think that a nice option to include in d&d beyond would be the choiche between imperial and metric units.
Since basically everyone outside the US uses the metric system I feel that would be helpful for a lot of people.
Personally I don't mind too much using English content instead of Italian one (my main language), but having to convert distances from imperial to metric is not very intuitive and leads to anticlimatic discussions during sessions.
