Some time recently the SAC was removed from the drop down menu. Now you have to go to the "view all sources" page and find it among a sea of thumbnails. Please put it back in the dropdown menu under "Sources".

Seconded! SAC applies itself to multiple rulebooks, and as a common reference point for questions, should be more easily accessible.
