On the character sheet, there are several text boxes for "Enter source notes," I would like to see this in "all the places" so I can record notes and metadata about essentially everything. For example:

• When I click on my character's name, it would be nice to have a small section for notes in that side panel for simple notes, like Titles or ooc metadata the player wants to remember. (Slide the picture over to make room for it.)
• When I add a feat with the "Manage Feats" link it would be nice to be able to make a note as to why it's being added.
• If I click an Ability Score to modify it for whatever reason, ability score damage or some enhancement, I would like to make a note of where it came from. (It's possible this could happen to a single ability score multiple times and being able to record each instance separately would be nice, but it's not absolutely necessary. Just having a single box to make a note would be infinitely better than nothing.)
• ...and so forth
