I'm using Windows 10 touch screen device, which can be used as notebook or chaged to become just tablet. Tablet mode is incredibly helpful for reading, scrolling and, generally, interacting with web-materials.
Main issue now is that while in touch-screen mode, I can't hover to see helpful tip windows. Taping simply activates link. I would love You to think something 'bout this, how to manage it.
May be simple one-tap=hover, double-tap=active would suffice?
