I need to create race that has set ability score to one value, and there is no option to do so.

UYou can set max value available, bonus value to add, but cannot override the value.

I have character whose rase is changed while playing, and the new race should fix his values on certain amount whatever his previous values were - and i want to do that by race not by overriding values on the sheet
