If a person such as myself cannot afford to keep paying money into a site that I now barely use. Why is it so hard to Unsubscribe? I have been looking for the last two months for an option to unsubscribe, and I have not found it.
I'll note that this doesn't work if your subscription is managed through another source. For instance, the way I signed up, it's handled through my Google Play Store account and any cancellation I do has to be there.
I'm in the same situtation. I'm on the Master Tier, and I want to downgrade. Every way that I try to get to my subscriptions page just lands me here: https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/subscribe

I have gone to my profile name in the top right and clicked "My Subscriptions". I end up redirected to the above link.
I can see in the mobile app that I have Master Tier. I can see on the browser on the PC that I have unlimited characters etc. I just can't get anywhere to manage my subscription.
Yes, I've watched the videos and gone to all the links provided in other threads. I keep getting redirected to the same subscribe page.
I double checked that my subscription is NOT managed through Google.
It should not be this janky.

Below the boxes for hero and master tier is says Would you like to cancel your subscription? Click on the link there.
