there is an item that appears a "restorative ointment" but many people might now it by a different name "keoghtom's ointment".
I was looking for keoghtom's ointment since I have it in my inventory given to me by my DM but couldn't find it. until I searched just ointment.
Can we add what it items used to be known as to the details for such items. I know we are using basic rules, but some items have different names but do the exact same thing.

No, their normal names cannot be used at all, which is the entire reason they are listed under different names in the first place.
Names like Keoghtom, Mordenkainen, Ehlonna, Tenser, Otiluke, Bigby, and even Tasha (of Tasha's hideous laughter) are all trademarks held by Wizards of the Coast, and to keep those trademark rights Wizards of the Coast can't just hand everybody free reign to use them - but rather than completely prevent the things with those trademark names attached from being used by others like how some monsters are completely absent from the SRD, they chose to rename them.
DND beyond if listed on dnd.wizzards.com as a link. meaning that Wizards of the Coast is actually partly sponsoring or licensing this product. But my point is, even if the item has been renamed, if we search for that name we should be directed to the new item that is taking its place.
Example, I search for "keoghtom's ointment" rather than saying item not found, like it currently does, it should pull up the item "restorative ointment".
All renamed items should pull up the item that is taking it place.

Another:
Ring of Shooting Stars - states does not require attunement
There is no rod of the pact keep on the magic itens list
Don't believe that Rod of the Pact Keeper is part of the SRD, and wouldn't tend to be available here
Only Mithral Breastplate and MIthral Chain are shown, when any medium or heavy armor besides hide can be Mithral.
