I just recently bought the Monster Manual and I have tried everything here. I can access and read the book but can't access any of the races. I enabled noncore D&D content. I checked and my account is synced. I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone have any ideas other than customer support?
Monster Manual does not contain player species.
If you want more species, you will have to purchase MP:MOTM. And instead of purchasing the entire book, you can also just purchase each species individually.

Can you be more specific? Which species option(s) can you not see, and what have you tried to do?

(My bad I thought it would show that I replied to something) I bought the Grung species a couple days ago like almost a week ago now and I have done EVERYTHING I have toggled the noncore thing of then on and so much and it’s still not showing up I own the book but it’s just not showing up
Yeah, this forum just...doesn't do that. It's not great. It's why you'll see people quoting other posts a lot.
If you have "Legacy/Noncore" checked and it's still not showing up, you'll want to check here and make sure your entitlements are synced.
Also, keep in mind that the options on the Species screen in the character builder are sorted into categories (the same categories as the "Sources" checkboxes on the Home tab). The noncore stuff is likely all the way at the bottom, so you might just need to scroll down to see it.

It’s synced and still not working I mean it does say it’s been shared with me when it hasn’t but I don’t know
It sounds like the character builder thinks you haven't actually purchased this book and only have access to it through content sharing, in which case you'd only be able to use the character options from it in the campaign where it's being shared.
If you have actually purchased it, you'd need to contact customer support to get that sorted out.
