Due to the volume of tickets that are currently being received, in no small part due to this on going issue, there may be some delay; tickets are addressed in the order they are received.
The team is aware of this issue and is working diligently to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
It's now May 15th and I STILL am having this same issue. Anytime I try to submit a ticket, it logs me out and then makes me log back in over and over again. So, I can't make a ticket. Any word on how this is coming along or any sort of solution?

Yep. Same to me. Wanted to get a friend into D&D and now I can't...
Same. Tried to renew my subscription and all I get is this:
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
It's been going on for days now. Submitted ticket.
